Suryanamaskara



This yoga exercise will help gently expand your chest. It is always vital to stand
straight but this time stretch your arms at the back of your head. While inhaling,
slowly bend your waist while separating the arms. Bend forward while exhaling
and move on in the same pace until your fingers reach your toes. A daily 10-
minute routine of this asana will help you achieve the breast size you want.









Ardha Matsynenderasana



This asana is done while in a sitting position with the legs kept pressed together
and stretched out straight to start. Bend the right leg in such a way that your heel
is placed on the side of your left leg with the ankle touching the left thigh as well.
Keep your palms on the floor then twist your body slowly to the right. After

placing your left hand on your right foot, turn your face to the right aligned with
your right shoulder. The same steps should be done on the other side.

Do's and don'ts when practicing yoga exercises:

Before doing yoga exercises, you must be sure that you are comfortable in doing
the exercise. Some of the yoga exercises may be dangerous if not performed in
the right manner and it may lead to permanent disablement. If you are not sure
that you can do the exercise properly, ask for the supervision of a yoga
practitioner.

Use loose clothing when performing yoga exercises because tight clothing may
inhibit the body's circulatory flow during the exercise. This may cause harm to
your health. Perform this exercise in a well ventilated room. Open the windows
of the room or better yet do the exercise in open air. Do not perform the exercise
if you are sick or you are suffering from pain or cramps. Give yourself a break
when doing exercises.

It is important that you should be patient with the methods of yoga because it will
take quite a period of time before you can achieve the desired result you want for
your breasts. Always make it a point that you accompany your exercise with
